last week i put in a scape for a friend…focus on the now …has been my inspiration lately.. away from the fears and anxieties that thoughts of the future bring… and pain and regret that thoughts of the past conjure…in the now I am complete and always shall be…in the now is where peace and awareness reside..

a shift in awareness has occured…and its happening at a global level beyond age sex creed and religion its exciciting times..time to create heaven on earth..

Its been a wild nine months..professionally and spiritually..i never expected to be where i am today and ..experienced all that I have over the past year..but the Universe has provided..once again..and all I had to do was trust.. more on that soon… im still trying to figure out how to work this thing..
