Go with the flow… went to a talk last night…BoB Procter..one of the foremost coaches of sucess in the world..was great, re affirmed alot of what I have started to practice but it ended as a sales pitch for a coaching package he and Mike cainfield (of chiken soup to the soul fame)and few others have put together..plan to market it network style… couldnt help feeling not so nice ablout the whole thing..so i trusted my feelngs and walked out..My feelings, I am learning are my best guide.. off to Bali soon for look around and re charge..yahoo..Life is good… What does you environment say to you? Ive been facinated by this universal law ever since watching the movie the secret.. at lightworks Kuala Lumpur…I believe it works but it involves mastery of my mind and thoughts and thats not easy…the law simply states that you attract what you think of most into your life and most of the time our minds are focused on what we dont want versus what we want…I’m consiously using the law now to manifest my dream of creating and operating a sucessful chain of Boutique/Chic residences…starting here in KL..
Was driving arround last Sunday looking at properties, with my cousin Jason when I decided to stop by KB’s shop..to check on the landscapess I put in for him 3 months ago..he was busy …the garden looked great! and i picked up a book on the Law of Attraction..written by Esther and Jerry Hicks…trust in the Universe…it will provide…

just completed a multi functional…beauty stidio for ladies in Desa Sri Hartamas…small and challenging site but it can now offer mani pedi, facial treatments, foot reflexology and even has 2 spa rooms in the back…starting work on a very interesting landscape project next week..what does your environment say to you?….my journey of self discovery continues as i learn to go with the flow and trust the universe…Mark Kuan

working on two dream projects at the moment one a New Age spiritual center in the heart of KL, its called Lightworks and is the brainchild of good budy KB Wong and the other ..a Bar in Desa sri Hartamas..more on that later.. ive got 2 weeks to set it up…madness but I love the rush.. “what does your enironment say to you”-Mark Kuan

Received a note from Issabella… where am i now?…in a good place in a very good place..my belief and trust in the Universe grows stronger everyday and though it is a challenge at times i beliveve this is the key to an abundant life full of joy..i revisted a garden created at the beggining of my journey.. my fist job..which led me to a trusted friend and mentor..thanks for the comment Issabella..peace be with you..

Beauty is everywhere….even in death..       

Its been quite..the project in Thailand has been put on ice for the time being due issues with the lease of the property ..but its been a great time for reflection and getting stuff done at home…some of my thoughts now digitized…(included are some pictures from the las job)..

“When the times are quite the mind/ego is a buzz with nonsense… I know mine has been over the past two weeks…what ive been doing different this time is noticing it listening to it and then letting it go through me … as if I was water…the way i see it is the ego’s/ mind’s sole purpose is to make itself important and heard..so its going to come up with all sorts of thoughts ..fear based thoughts…and it starts with “what if…” Thing is ..“what if “ is an illusion..at some point in the future...Danger is when we start creating/living the now/present with our thoughts based on “what if”…we create the exact thing/situation that the mind and ego have “warning” us about..solidifying the judgements and assesments of mind and ego …in other words if I am not concious of this process…my ego/mind is in control of my life and not my true and higher self…

Here is what I believe the soulution is… dont fight the mind/ego love it. I need it to create on earth… I listen to it…and let it pass through me..notice if the thought is rooted in fear, lack, jealousy all the negative stuff…notice if i am acting or creating based on this fear/neagtive based illusion… By simply being aware of this process ive put a stop…to unconciousnes…for best a couple of seconds till the next thoughht comes in…The only way out of this..is..to..keep practicing this process..the goal is the abiltity to differentiate the voice from my ego/mind and my higher self/universe..”

GREAT NEWS!! The Koh Samui project is go ahead..I’ve started on my first conceptaulize, design, build and manage project…just back from spending a week in Bangkok..one of my favourite cities… so full of style and and youthfulness…great place for source and inspiration..just check out this public toilet in Siam Square…too cool…we’re just finishing up a landscape job in kl will have the pictures up soon…The universe will provide…just trust it…easier said than done but we’ve all got to start somewhere..
